Legends of Aereven: Sleeping Azure
A downloadable game for Windows
Legends of Aereven: Sleeping Azure is an action-adventure game for PC/SteamDeck.
Find your way through four massive dungeons full of enemies and puzzles, explore the many caves, towns and forests scattered across the islands, meet and help colorful characters and learn the tragic fate of the Three Heroes who came before you as you try to unlock the secret ending!
---
Young adventurer Lloyd has been sailing the sea on a quest to find his missing parents.
He just survived a dangerous storm and finds himself grounded on the remote Sofore Islands. But this is not the setback he thought it would be: his mother's here! Too bad she's trapped in a magical slumber...
But if Lloyd can find the three Magic Stones hidden in perilous dungeons across the islands, he will be able to wake her up and finally be reunited with her.
A new adventure awaits!

This game started its life as Aereven Advance, a Gameboy Advance homebrew made for GBA Jam 2024. This version is halfway between a port of the GBA version to PC and a full-blown remake. It features a ton of improvements and new content, perfect even if you already played the original GBA version!
(While this is a direct sequel to Aereven Lunar Wake, it's a completely standalone adventure and can be enjoyed with no prior experience.)

Such an amazing game! Though for the life of me I can't fine the 4th tablet! Kudos on such a rich short game!
I'm glad you're enjoying it!
For the fourth tablet, you may want to revisit the oasis once you can swim ;)
You're the best! I love all your games, and your metroidvanias are a highlight! I can't wait for your next game! (And will absolutely be replaying your catalogue in the meantime!)
Your comment really made my day! Thank you!
As for metroidvanias, stay tuned because I will release a new one very soon ;)
